I had a mixed experience at De Grand Riviera. While the ambience of the resort is amazing and the staff is super friendly, I faced significant hygiene issues that detracted from my overall enjoyment. The location near Calangute beach is a major plus, but the upkeep of the rooms and facilities leaves much to be desired.

The room I stayed in was quite spacious, but unfortunately, it wasn't cleaned properly before my arrival, which was disappointing. There were visible stains on the carpets and a lingering musty odor.
